A new leisure destination within the heart of Rotherham Town Centre.
After more than 30 years, the silver screen has returned to the town centre. The brand new Arc Cinema is now open at Forge Island alongside the 69-room Travelodge Hotel. Delivered by Rotherham Council in partnership with nationwide placemakers Muse, the cinema and hotel are complemented by attractive public spaces within a riverside setting.

VETRO LOUNGE is set to open on 30 April 2025. Part of the Loungers family, Vetro Lounge will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks, including full kids, gluten-free and vegan menus. A real home from home, Vetro Lounge – pronounced vay-tro, the Italian word for glass, a nod to Rotherham’s glassmaking heritage at sites like Catcliffe Glass Cone – will cater for all tastes throughout the day with a varied and innovative all-day menu.
Sygnature Dish is set to bring mouth-watering, expertly cooked steaks, fresh seafood and cocktails to town when it opens in late spring. Whether you’re craving a juicy rib-eye, succulent prawns, burgers, or a custom platter, there’s something for everyone – including veggie, vegan, and gluten-free options! Get ready to sizzle this summer!
